We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, to ensure your performance gear reaches you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, though high-demand "Drop" periods may require slightly longer handling times.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. We utilize trusted carriers like USPS and UPS to ensure that your waterproof headwear and apparel are handled with care and delivered securely to your doorstep.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. We encourage you to monitor this number for real-time updates on your delivery status. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as UN1TY cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

International customers should be aware that their orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

In the rare event that a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. While UN1TY is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility, we will do our best to assist you in the recovery process.
